Get a Train/Rail from Mumbai for Jammu in morning. Train journey.

In the very early morning you will reach at Jammu Tawi Railway Station from Mumbai. Get a Bus for Srinagar from Jammu in early morning. Reach in late evening at Srinagar and overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.
After breakfast departure to Kargil via Zojila Pass and Drass Visit the Vijay Smarak at Drass and proceed to Kargil. Night Stay at Kargil.
After breakfast departure to Leh via Mulbekh, Namikla Pass, Fotula Pass, Lamayuru, Moonland, Sangam of Sindhu and Zanskar rivers (from view point), Magnetic Hill, Pattharsahib Gurudwara. Night Stay at LEH.
